Very true, however; the word goon was used way before that.. it's a old word used as a reference to gang members that were henchmen, or the ones that put in the "work" so to speak.

I remeber going into Tyrano Lair on the game. I thought the song was going to be annoying when the music first came on but it turned out good. It was pretty cool because when you fought monsters the music was still on.
